Accommodation

• Booking and payment is only online.
• Toilet in the room is in rooms 3 & 4.
• Extra bed can be ordered in rooms 2 & 3.
• Bed linen and towel are included.
• Check-in at the earliest at 14.00, check-out no later than kl. 11.00.
• There are two large showers and a toilet in the hallway.
• TV (TV1, TV2, TV4, SVT24 / Barnkanalen, Kunskapskanalen) is in the living room where there is also access to a refrigerator and microwave.
• Wifi is available in the building.
• Simpler breakfast included. NOTE! No special diet!

Booking/Confirmation/Payment
Booking and payment of your accommodation is always in advance via our website. A booking is binding in that it has been confirmed by your payment and you have received a booking confirmation (NOTE! The booking confirmation via email can end up in your spam basket). To book a room / cottage on Rosängen, you must be at least 18 years old.

Rebooking
We offer free rebooking if rooms are available.must be made no later than 48 hours before check-in time. 

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be made no later than 48 hours before check-in time, then a full refund will be received. If canceled after 48 hours before check-in time, no refund will be made. Cancellations are only accepted via e-mail at: info@rosangen.se as the email states the date & time when the cancellation is made.

Valuables
The tenant is responsible for his valuables. Do not leave valuables or luggage unattended. Rosängen has no responsibility for property that you keep in the room or in the cottage.

Security
Always find out where the emergency exits are. The accommodation is non-smoking. If a guest violates the smoking ban, Rosängen has the right to demand compensation for any costs that arise. Costs for fire alarms caused by negligence are charged to the tenant. For security reasons, we only allow checked-in guests and our employees to stay freely in rooms / cabins or other associated premises. It is not allowed to bring guests who are not included in the booking.

Dear guest
Take good care of your room / cottage and its contents during your stay. We expect that the rooms / cottages are in the same condition as when you checked in and you will have to pay for any damage yourself. In the unlikely event that something breaks or does not work on your arrival, you should contact us directly. Show respect for other guests by adjusting the sound level. This means that you talk in a normal conversational tone, do not play music and think about not making noise in the corridor, especially if you come home late.

Other
The accommodation is non-smoking. Non-return of key is charged with SEK 500. Pets are not allowed in the B&B. Final cleaning is included in the price.

Personal information
Personal information that you provide is used by Rosängen to provide, administer, follow up and charge for the services you have booked. This also includes communication that reminds or informs about your booking or offers and information that connects to your booking before, during and after your stay.
